Sayvo is a company that sells mineral fertilizers, plant protection products, and seeds in Ukraine.
I made a real site from a layout, with a content management system WordPress. The client now adds and edits content himself through a convenient admin panel.
Make a layout of the main page of the site, and then pull it on WordPress.
Was provided by the client in PSD layout format.
Used flex technology to position elements. There are two carousels on the site which are made with the slick slider plugin.
I used plug-ins for arbitrary fields, image optimization, caching, and others.
I had to change the layout of the product page. I was counting on the standard situation where most of the pictures that will be uploaded to the site, have a width greater than the height. In this project, the product has a narrowly high photos. With the help of styles is automatic trimming, originally trimmed most of the photos at the top and bottom. This was corrected, and now the photos are even in height, and the sides remain white background.
